"Do It Over again" is a song performed past American contemporary worship band Peak Worship. Written past Mack Brock, Chris Brown, Matt Redman and Steven Furtick,[2] the song was released as the first single from their 2017 anthology There Is a Cloud.[3] [4] It was released to Christian radio on February 23, 2018. The song peaked at No. 6 on the Us Hot Christian Songs chart, condign their second Meridian 10 single from that nautical chart. It lasted on the charts for 33 weeks, their second longest charting song.[5] The vocal is played in a B-flat major primal, and 172 beats per infinitesimal.[6]

Background [edit]

The earliest version of "Do Information technology Over again" was released on September nine, 2016, every bit part of the extended play titled Speak Revival.[seven] The alive version of "Exercise It Again" was then released on Feb 17, 2018, during the pre-guild period of At that place Is a Cloud, as the second promotional single of the anthology.[8] [9] It was recorded during the 12-twenty-four hours "Code Orange Revival" event in September 2016,[x] held by Elevation Church building at its Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, Due north Carolina.[xi] "Do It Once more" impacted Christian radio on Feb 23, 2018, with an extended play containing the radio, live, reprise, acoustic and Spanish versions of the vocal released on the same twenty-four hours.[12]

Writing and evolution [edit]

Worship leaders and songwriters Mack Brock and Chris Brown had an interview with Kevin Davis in Reading, Pennsylvania for a 'Behind the Vocal' feature published on NewReleaseToday.[13] Mack Brock shared that the vocal was inspired by a sermon titled "Don't Stop on 6" that Steven Furtick preached at a Hillsong Conference, whereby Matt Redman identified a song concept.[thirteen] Chris Brown, in relation to the song's takeaway message, said "Nosotros want people to know that God is faithful."[13]

Music videos [edit]

The lyric and acoustic videos of "Practise It Again" was published on YouTube on September 30, 2016.[xiv] [xv] The live music video of "Do It Over again" which also includes the reprise, recorded at Tiptop Church's Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, North Carolina was released on February 24, 2017, through YouTube.[16] The lyric video of the song's Spanish version titled "Lo Harás Otra Vez (Practice It Over again)" was released on August 21, 2017, via YouTube.[17] The live acoustic operation video of the song was so published on March 1, 2018 via YouTube.[18]
